Pickup & Delivery
Pickup Options
Garrison Store
Pick up available and prepaid orders during regular store hours. After-hours pickup may be available when arranged in advance.
Ruso Warehouse
Warehouse pickup is available by appointment and is especially convenient for larger orders, forage, pallets, totes, and products stocked at our warehouse.
We’ll confirm your pickup location when your order is ready.
SCHEDULED MEETUPS
Scheduled meetups enable us to deliver multiple customer orders to a specific location on a set date and time. Locations and dates will be shared as they are confirmed. To have your order considered for a meetup, submit your Order Request and choose Scheduled Meetup. Availability depends on route schedules, order deadlines, and capacity, with any fees confirmed before finalizing your order.
DELIVERY
Delivery occurs on Thursdays and Fridays, with orders combined for efficiency when possible. Availability depends on location, order size, weight, and truck capacity. Delivery dates and fees will be confirmed prior to scheduling, and fees must be paid in advance. To begin, submit an Order Request with your delivery address and order details.
SPECIAL & BULK ORDERS
We’re happy to help source products and quantities beyond what we currently have on the shelf.
Special orders require a 50% deposit when the order is placed. The remaining balance is due at pickup or before scheduled delivery/meetup, as applicable.
If you would like us to hold an in-stock item for later pickup, the item must be paid for in full before it is considered reserved.
Orders should be picked up within 7 days after notification that they are ready, unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
