Diamond Double O Feed Co. LLC Return Policy
Our goal is to make your return experience as quick and easy as possible. We are committed to ensuring you enjoy your purchase and your experience with Diamond Double O Feed Co. LLC. Shopping and returning is easy. Returns can be brought to the store and a member from DDO Feed Co. will assist you with an exchange or refund.
30 Day Return Policy
Items must be returned within 30 days from the purchase date to exchange or return an item at its original purchase price. Items must be unopened, unused, or for clothing items be unworn, unwashed. Items that appear to be used will not be accepted. Some items may be accepted for return outside of the 30-day window and will only be issued store credit. All returns require proof of purchase.
Proof of Purchase
For store purchases, the cash register or electronic receipt serves as a proof of purchase for items bought at Diamond Double O Feed Co.
Store returns without proof of purchase or after 30 days from purchase date will not be accepted.
Refunds
Refunds for items returned to Diamond Double O Feed Co. are made by crediting the original method of payment if proof of purchase is provided or store credit will be issued. There are no cash refunds without proof of purchase.
Clearance Items
All discounted/clearance items are final sale and sold “as-is”
Open feed bags, if the product is moldy, can be returned for replacement or store credit.
Special Orders
Diamond Double O Feed Co. strives to accommodate customer needs by offering special orders for items not regularly or currently stocked. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for placing, processing, and completing special orders.
Eligible Items:
Special orders are available for feed and supplies from existing distributors; products compatible with the store’s inventory (certain brands, sizes, quantities); seasonal or custom-order items (bulk feed, items only offered during certain weather conditions)
Ordering Process:

Customers may place a special order in-store, over the phone, or via email.

Staff will verify item availability, pricing, and estimated delivery time with suppliers.

Deposit:

A 50% deposit is required at the time of order placement for orders over 1 ton (full pallet) or 25% down for smaller purchases.

Deposits are non-refundable unless the store is unable to fulfill the order.

Order Confirmation:

Customers will receive written or digital confirmation with order details, estimated arrival date, and total cost.

Pricing and Payment

Pricing for special orders will be based on the supplier’s current rates and may include shipping or handling fees.

Full payment is due at the time of pickup unless otherwise arranged.
Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their special order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund of the deposit.

After 24 hours, the deposit is partially-refundable unless the store or supplier cannot fulfill the order.

If a customer repeatedly cancels special orders, the ability to request special orders will be denied
Pickup Policy

Customers will be notified via phone, text, or email when their special order is ready for pickup.

Orders must be picked up within 7 business days unless alternate arrangements are made in advance.

Unclaimed orders will be returned to stock, and the deposit will not be refunded.
Delivery Delays

While the store will make every effort to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to supplier or shipping issues. Customers will be notified promptly of any changes.
Exclusions
Special orders are not available for:

Items not offered by the store’s suppliers.

Clearance or discontinued items.
-
Perishable items that require immediate refrigeration or specific handling.
Customer Communication

Store staff will keep customers informed throughout the ordering process, including confirmation, delays, or issues with the order.

Clear signage or handouts will summarize the special orders policy for customer reference.
Additional Notes

Special orders are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or the wrong item was received.

If an item arrives damaged, the store will work with the supplier to replace it at no additional cost to the customer.
Pricing and Discounts
Price Match Policy
The feed store values its customers and strives to provide fair pricing and excellent service. While we cannot always match the prices of online retailers or big box stores, we offer a price match policy for qualifying items to support our local community.
Qualifying Criteria
Price matching is available under the following conditions:

Retailer Eligibility:

The competing price must come from a local brick-and-mortar store within a 50-mile radius.

Prices from online-only retailers (e.g., Amazon, Chewy) or membership-based stores (e.g., Costco) are excluded.

Product Eligibility:

The item must be identical (brand, size, weight, model, and packaging).

The item must be in stock at the competing retailer and available for immediate purchase.

Excludes items on clearance, closeout sales, or special promotions (e.g., Black Friday deals).

Exclusions
Price matching does not apply to:

Bulk or wholesale pricing.

Used, damaged, or refurbished items.
-
Coupons, rebates, or loyalty program discounts from competitors.

Items sold by online-only retailers or third-party marketplaces.
Verification Process

Customers must provide proof of the lower price at the time of purchase (e.g., a current ad, receipt, or verifiable website link for eligible stores).

Store staff will verify the competitor's price and eligibility before applying the match.
Terms and Conditions

Price matches are offered at the discretion of the store and may be declined if they result in a loss for the business.

Price match adjustments are valid for in-store purchases only and cannot be applied retroactively.

The store reserves the right to limit the quantity of items eligible for price matching (e.g., one per customer).
